Even though her career pretty much died after being booted from Transformers 3, Megan Fox is still one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood. Most women would kill for a physique like Megan. She is the prime example of how a woman should look: sexy, lean, and curvy in all the right places.
I mean, words don’t do her body justice, just look at the picture below.
But what is the Megan Fox workout routine and how can you use it to build an amazing body?

Megan Fox’s Workout
Megan recently changed her workout routine. She is now exercising about 5x per week for 25 minutes at a time with her personal trainer Harley Pasternak.
During the 25 minutes, Megan will perform circuit training. For those who don’t know, circuit training is a form of training where you will perform a set of exercises, one after another with no rest in between. When you are done with the set, you will rest for a bit and repeat it again.
Here is a sample 20-25 minute body weight circuit training routine that Megan could have done:

- Y squats(hands up in the air, like the letter Y) – 12 reps
- Normal push ups(arms shoulder width apart) – 8 reps
- Lunges – 8 reps per leg
- Close grip push ups(arms close together) – as many as possible
- Jumping Jacks – 40 reps
- Front plank – hold for 30 seconds
Do all 6 exercises without any rest in between. After completing all 6 exercises, rest for 1 minute and perform the circuit 2 more times for a total of 3 times.
The awesome thing about this workout is that it’s quick and super intense. Also, since you’re only using your body weight, that means you can literally do it anywhere. Whether you’re traveling or too lazy to go to the gym, you now have no excuse to transform your body.

Megan Fox Diet
For the past couple of years, Megan followed a strict vegan diet where she ate mostly raw fruits and vegetables and cut out all sugars and junk food.
But just recently, Megan Fox told Amica magazine that she decided to stop being a vegan because she lost too much weight. Megan now follows the 5 Factor Diet, also created by Pasternak.
The 5 Factor Diet basically says the following:
- Eat 5 meals per day – each meal only takes 5 minutes to prepare
- Each meal must contain protein, fiber, healthy carbs and fats, and a sugar-free drink
- Each week, you get 1 day to eat your favorite junk foods.
Personally, I was never a fan of vegan/vegetarian diets, so I’m glad Megan decided to drop these from her diet. The 5 Factor Diet is much more realistic and sustainable in the long run.
